     The reciprocating bus wash machine is primarily designed for cleaning the exterior of buses. This washing equipment mainly consists of a gantry structure, top brush unit, large vertical brush units, travel system, electrical  control system, and mobile cable duct pipelines.  

     1) **Gantry Structure**: Made from 4.5mm steel plates (locally reinforced to 8mm), the components are precisely positioned via laser cutting, assembled with a framed structure, and finished with hot-dip galvanization and Taiwan Dahua paint.  

     2) **Top Brush Unit (1 unit)**: Comprises a rotating device and a lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism uses a motor to drive wheels on both sides, with nylon belts connected to the top brush for upward and downward movement.  

     3) **Large Vertical Brush Units (2 units)**: Consist of a pair of rotating vertical brushes. The brushes move left and right via the extension and retraction of pneumatic cylinders, adjusting their position based on resistance from the vehicle surface.  

     4) **Travel System**: Installed on base plates on both sides, it drives sprockets and travel wheels through a减速传动系统 (deceleration transmission system), enabling the washer to move along the导轨 (rails).  

     5) **Electrical Control System**: Housed in a control cabinet on the frame, it enables automatic operation via a touchscreen interface. The core of the control system is a programmable logic controller (PLC), which uses photoelectric sensors, proximity switches, and current sensors to manage the top brush, vertical brushes, and travel system.  

     6) **Mobile Cable Duct Pipelines**: Provide insulated protection for water, electrical, and pneumatic lines, ensuring durability against wear.
