The vehicle is guided onto the automatic alignment platform to correct its positioning and then
stops on the conveyor belt at the entrance of the car wash. With a single button press, the machine
starts, and the intelligent detection system activates to automatically identify the vehicle type. The
conveyor belt then moves the car into the wash tunnel, where the process begins with high-pressure
water rinsing to remove dirt and debris. Next, the automatic mixing system sprays cleaning foam,
followed by thorough scrubbing with side brushes, top brushes, large vertical brushes, and tracking
vertical brushes. After rinsing, a water wax or ceramic coating is applied for gloss enhancement.
Finally, the contour-following air dryer completes the drying process before the vehicle exits, finishing
the entire wash cycle.
