This bus wash system is primarily used for cleaning the exterior of buses. The equipment mainly consists of a gantry structure, top brush unit, large vertical brush units, travel system, electrical control system, and movable cable trough transfer arms.
1) **Gantry Structure**: Made of 4.5mm (locally reinforced to 8mm) steel plates cut by laser for precise component positioning. Assembled using mortise-and-tenon joints, then hot-dip galvanized and coated with Taiwan Dahua paint.
2) **Top Brush Unit (1 unit)**: Composed of a rotary mechanism and a lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism is driven by a motor that moves wheels on both sides, with nylon belts connected to the top brush for upward and downward movement.
3) **Large Vertical Brush Units (2 units)**: Each consists of a rotary mechanism. Driven by pneumatic cylinders, the brushes move left and right, adjusting their extension and retraction based on resistance from contact with the vehicle surface.
4) **Travel System**: Installed on base frames on both sides, driven by a减速传动系统 (geared transmission system) to rotate sprockets and travel wheels, enabling the machine to move along rails.
5) **Electrical Control System**: Housed in a control cabinet on the frame, automated operation is managed via a touchscreen PC. The core of the control system is a programmable logic controller (PLC), which uses photoelectric sensors, proximity switches, and current sensors to regulate the top brush, vertical brushes, and travel system.
6) **Movable Cable Trough Transfer Arms**: Provide insulated protection for extending water, electrical, and pneumatic lines, with wear-resistant construction.
