产品到货及清点

设备到达时，根据需要派有经验的技术人员前往做好货物清点和安装前准备工作。

安装调试

设备安装调试期间，我公司结构、机械、控制技术人员将按照承诺的时间对所供货物进行安装、试验、调试和试运行的密切全面跟进服务。

培训服务

为用户操作、维护及管理人员提供周到详细培训工作。

赢时服务

设备运行期间，如设备出现故障，在接到通知后，24小时内赶往现场进行处理，紧急情况4小时赶到现场。

远程服务

利用远程诊断功能，通过网络手段进行远程诊断及故障排除处理。

巡回服务

设备交付使用后，我公司会定期回访，并定期提供上门巡回服务，一方面帮助用户巡回检查监督维护设备保养情况，另一方面做预防性检查并对可预见性问题进行处理，把潜在故障排除在萌芽中，以保障设备良好使用及稳定运行。

终身服务

质保期满，我方负责对设备终身提供配件和修理及有偿服务。
